After nearly two decades in corporate tech, I traded the grind to build a consultancy that merges strategic communications, business mentoring for women in corporate environments, and conversations around the evolving landscape of work.

I loved my career—creating and successfully scaling corporate programs worldwide, building executive communications platforms, driving crisis communications strategies that honor the humans impacted and involved, leading social and digital programs to growth, producing events on a global scale, and delivering empowering communications and presentation training. But the crazy hours, missed moments with friends and family, and gnarly burnout? Not so much.

So, I quit. I painted, gardened, read escapist books, took a road trip with my dog, and camped a couple times in grizzly bear country. I let my inbox get out of control, embraced the confusion I felt at not living by an Outlook calendar, and found joy in the possibilities of working a different way.

Now, I help people, teams and companies with the very things I focused on in my corporate career:

  • Strategic communications for navigating sticky situations, celebrating wins and landing your message when the weight of words is what tips the scale.

  • Business mentorship for women working in (or transitioning from) corporate, helping you solve challenges with tangible solutions to shine more brightly in your role.

And I’m breaking open the conversation around recrafting our idea of work—whatever that looks like for each of us, that doesn’t compromise who we want to be or serve as the definition of who we are—to inspire self-assessment, curiosity and courageous next steps. Join in!

This work is met with a recipe that is entirely mine: I am a champion of ideas. A toolbox when you want to build something. An energy-giver. A wall to bounce ideas from. I bring humor (and some irreverence), I tell it like it is and I take great pride in building partnerships that deliver meaningful results.
